A SPECIAL DROP FOR THE YEAR OF THE RAT. Converse celebrates the Year of the Rat with a unique drop featuring removable motifs. Inspired by traditional Chinese paper cutting, the design reveals a new layer of colors and patterns. This Jack Purcell features white canvas and all knit seams highlighted by bold colors. A red ripstop section may be “gnawed” away to reveal a panel below. The red panel references a classic JP style, the Rally. The collection’s colors are also symbolic – red for happiness, yellow for royalty, green for wealth, blue for healing and trust, purple for love and white for light.
